We invite anyone who currently works with us, has worked with us in the past, or otherwise has a relationship with aaff to report any misconduct or irregularities.

Handling sensitive information

We treat every report that falls within the scope of our whistleblower policy with care and confidentiality. This means that every report will be followed up. Our whistleblower policy explains the reporting process and the protection offered to whistleblowers. 

What can you report?

You can report misconduct and irregularities, such as: fraud, forgery, corruption, serious violations of laws and regulations, health & environmental hazards, theft, intimidation.   

What should not be reported?

Complaints about our services or employees should not be submitted through the whistleblower portal. This also applies to personal grievances, workplace conflicts, or requests for claims or compensation. For these matters, please contact our customer service or follow the internal complaints procedure. 

How to report?

Preferably, submit your report (anonymously if you wish) via the external SpeakUp platform.
