We are proud to share that aaff has earned two top-10 positions in the MT500 ranking, the list of the most respected companies in the Netherlands, compiled annually by Dutch business publication MT/Sprout. In the category of Legal, Accountancy & Tax Advisory Services, we were ranked 7th and 8th, a remarkable result that reflects our approach: close to our clients, deeply engaged, and committed to long-term impact.
The MT500 is one of the most prominent reputation surveys in the Netherlands, assessing how professionals rate companies in their own sector in terms of customer focus, product leadership, excellent execution, and good employment practices. The list is compiled by MT/Sprout, a leading Dutch business magazine that focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation.
This double listing follows our recent merger of Alfa Accountants and Advisors and ABAB. aaff is now an organization of around 2,000 co-owners, working every day to build trust, foster meaningful connections, and drive progress.
“These top-10 positions show that we’re building more than just numbers”, says Fou-Khan Tsang, chair of the executive board. “We are creating an organization rooted in ownership and shared values. As a certified B Corp, we believe that real value is created when all stakeholders are placed at the heart of our mission: clients, colleagues, partners and society as a whole. This recognition confirms that we are on the right path.”
In addition to our strong reputation ranking, we are also recognized as one of the best employers in our category. In the area of good employment practices, we ranked 6th and 11th, a result that makes us especially proud.
Tsang adds: “We are building an organization where colleagues feel like owners, take responsibility, and are given every opportunity to grow. That is the core of our commitment as an employer, now and into the future.”
