Why Human Experience

Inge van Berkel, Director HX, explains: “At aaff, we intentionally speak of ‘Human Experience’ rather than ‘Human Resources,’ because our employees are not resources. We believe that the sum of (interpersonal) experiences enables people to perform at their best. We want everyone at aaff to feel meaningful, valued, challenged, energetic, and safe.
